Marketing Specialization
The ability to successfully market and sell a product or service is the foundation for nearly every business, resulting in a high demand for professionals with strong marketing skills. Because the marketing function must interact with and understand diverse areas of the business, it can also be a strong entry point from which to advance a business career. This online marketing specialization provides opportunities to work on practical cases and acquire research, communication, marketing strategy, and project management skills necessary for effective marketing and selling. Through elective courses, you can choose to focus on the fundamentals of sales and marketing, or delve deeper into the marketing aspects of e-business. People who choose this specialization are often interested in pursuing entry-level or senior professional positions in marketing, sales, advertising, corporate communications, events, or public relations.
