This doctoral specialization is designed for business professionals preparing to become postsecondary educators in organization and management. Courses cover deep analysis and research in management theories and principles, as well as advanced teaching skills such as course design, learning theory, and classroom assessment. This is one of the few doctoral programs available that focuses specifically on developing business and management experts to teach at the postsecondary level.
Residency Requirements: As a doctoral learner you will attend residential colloquia in addition to your online courses. At specific milestones in your program, you will attend three colloquia, each one week in length. See residential colloquia details.
