Completing your PhD in the human resource management specialization will prepare you to lead, consult, or teach in a complex and global business environment. You will learn how to conduct and apply research across a wide spectrum of human resource management topics while improving your ability to think beyond traditional boundaries.

Residency Requirements: As a doctoral learner you will attend residential colloquia in addition to your online courses. At specific milestones in your program, you will attend three colloquia, each one week in length. See residential colloquia details
