Capella's MS in Human Resource Management, Legal Studies specialization, provides a unique opportunity to earn an advanced HR degree focused on employment and labor law. This area of knowledge has become desirable for certain HR professionals, such as employee benefits managers, who must interpret the growing number of workplace laws and regulations. Specialization topics include practice and theory of constitutional, tort, and labor and employment law; employee discrimination; fact investigation; and workplace legal communications and actions.
