Prepare for the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification examinations. Offered together with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®), the Capella certification preparation exam course utilizes the SHRM Learning System™, designed by subject matter experts, and includes discussion questions, application exercises, and module exams to develop specific HR competencies. The course materials assist you in preparing for the PHR or SPHR certification exams administered by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Individuals are encouraged to use this review course as a guide in their preparation and to seek additional assistance as they determine is necessary.
Registering for the PHR or SPHR ExamsParticipants planning to take the PHR or SPHR examinations after this course must register through HRCI.
